Zummer Pagan

Summer Pagan was born on June 1, 1987, in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey, and is a CrossFit coach and athlete known for her intensity and power. Her first experience with CrossFit was in 2012 at a local box in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She began competing in 2013 on the local Colorado circuit and has been competing ever since. In 2014 she won the “Most Improved” award for two years in a row at The Games (which is 1st prize). In 2015 she started as a team member for “The Murph” and ended up as the individual winner. In 2016 she won the individual “Warrior Games,” a CrossFit competition for wounded veterans. In 2016 she won Silver at the Crossfit Games and was a 2016 USA Weightlifting Team member
