Phebe Novakovic

Phebe Novakovic has served as chairwoman and CEO of defense giant General Dynamics since 2013.
She is one of the few female executives in the military-industrial space.
Her experience in the industry predates her experience at the company: She's a former CIA operative and the daughter of an Air Force officer.
In 2018, Novakovic led General Dynamics in its $9.8 billion acquisition of IT firm CSRA.
