Paula Santilli started in her role as CEO of PepsiCo Latin America in May 2019. She oversees more than $7 billion in annual net revenue.
She leads the company's food and beverage businesses for Mexico, South America, Central America, and the Caribbean--a business segment that boasts more 70,000 direct jobs in 34 markets.
Santilli is also on PepsiCo's executive committee.
Santilli previously served as President of PepsiCo Mexico Foods, and also led the PepsiCo Mexico Foundation.
Before joining Pepsico in 2001, Santilli worked for Campbell Soups and Kellogg's in Argentina.
