With humility and honor, I introduce myself as an enthusiastic educator at Entabuan Secondary School, situated in Tenom, Sabah, Malaysia. My name is Merry Masion, and I possess a strong calling to effect change through education. Since stepping into the realm of education, I have dedicated myself wholeheartedly to providing the best for the students and society. I am thrilled to share my journey as an Educator with nearly 10 years of experience, culminating in the esteemed title of distinguished teacher in Visual Arts Education.

Since embarking on this noble profession, I have dedicated myself to shaping young minds and fostering creativity through the medium of visual arts. Over the past decade, I have had the privilege of guiding and inspiring countless students, witnessing their growth and artistic development firsthand.

In my journey as an educator at a rural school, I have witnessed firsthand the transformative power of education. I firmly believe that education is the key to unlocking opportunities and transforming lives, especially in underserved communities. My dedication to creating a supportive, encouraging, and stimulating learning environment has been instrumental in fostering the holistic development of every student under my care.

Beyond my role as an educator, I am actively involved in various community initiatives aimed at uplifting the educational landscape in rural areas. From organizing volunteer projects to advocating for better resources and facilities, I am committed to ensuring that every child has access to quality education.

My passion for education extends beyond the classroom, as I strive to serve as an inspirational example for other women in the field. I hope to encourage more women to pursue careers in education and make meaningful contributions to their communities and the nation's development.

I am deeply honored by this recognition and am committed to making a positive impact, from the state level to the international stage.

Their guidance and mentorship have been invaluable in shaping my journey as an educator.
