Lauren Fisher

Lauren Fisher, one of CrossFit’s newest competitors, is already a four-time CrossFit Games veteran at the age of 22. (two teams, two individuals). She began CrossFit in 2008 at the age of 14 to enhance her basketball game, and by 2012, she had placed 12th in the NorCal Regional. Since then, she’s helped CrossFit Invictus place seventh and thirteenth in the Reebok CrossFit Games in 2013 and 2015, respectively. In the 2014 and 2016 Reebok CrossFit Games, she finished ninth and 25th, respectively (her brother, Garret Fisher, also competed individually in 2016). Fisher, who won the 2014 USA Weightlifting Championships, is well-known for her Olympic weightlifting abilities.
