Brooke Ence

Brooke Ence is a CrossFit athlete and coach who was born in California on August 10, 1989. Her first experience with CrossFit was in 2009 at a local box in St. Louis, MO. She began competing in 2009 on the local circuit and won the “most improved” award three years. In 2010, she began to focus on her fitness goals and began training with specific goals of moving to California to train at CrossFit Santa Cruz. In 2011 she moved out to California and made her way up the ranks. She placed 3rd at The games and 2nd at the California Regional. She also won her first Santa Cruz Regional in 2011. 2012 was another excellent year for Brooke, and she is now known as one of the most muscular women in CrossFit history. She won back-to-back Regionals, which gave her the most wins of any woman in the history of The Games. She also took 1st place at the East Regional and is currently working with “The Murph” (the mother of all workouts).
