Judith McKenna started as president and CEO of retail giant Walmart International in February 2018.
McKenna oversees all aspects of Walmart's footprint outside of the U.S., and leads a team of 550,000 associates across 23 countries.
She plans to invest around $1.2 billion in distribution centers in China over the next two decades.
McKenna led Walmart's sale of British supermarket Asda for $8.8 billion in October 2020.
She also serves as a board member for Flipkart and PhonePe in India, as well as the Walton Arts Center.
