In March 2020, Lynch took charge of CVS's Covid response; the company manages the largest number of independently-run Covid-testing sites in the US.
Lynch sits on the board of U.S. Bancorp and is an advisory board member of IBM Watson Health. She is also part of the Boston College Women's Council.
She began her career with Ernst & Young as a certified public accountant.
