This self-made businesswoman rocked our world, more specifically our vanities with the launch of Beauty by Mary Kay in 1963. The company went public, changed its name to Mary Kay Cosmetics Inc., and went on to be one of the greatest cosmetics empires of all time in a way that was all about empowering other women to succeed.
