NAQ quickly gained recognition within Jaffna within two short months.The program flourished, attracting over 50 women and
children eager to join the movement.
The arrival of COVID-19 in March 2020 presented a significant hurdle. However, NAQ’s commitment to its participants remained unwavering. Demonstrating remarkable adaptability, the program transitioned to online classes delivered through home videos. This innovative approach ensured continued engagement and prioritized the health of its members throughout the pandemic.
NAQ’s success is a testament to its dedication and the inspiring leadership of Nithiya Thavarara. The program fosters a supportive community
where participants can celebrate their achievements and motivate one another.Dedication and positive influence have been instrumental
in NAQ’s journey. Later, she also made a plan to create a community in beauty field with some dedicated women who willing to do beauty field.

2023 - Introduction of tailoring and fashion design classes, enriching NAQ's offerings .
