Julie Foucher was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in the United States in 1988. She began competing in 2008. In 2011, she became a world champ and finished 5th at the Open East Regionals. In 2013, she finished #2 at the Open West Regional and won her second regional title in 2014.
