By looking at Sage Steele, you’d never guess she was 49 years old. Yet, for more than a decade, the longtime ESPN anchor has maintained a level of physical fitness and on-air skill that has made her a valuable part of the network. She started her ESPN career in 2007 as the host of SportsCenter’s 6 p.m. edition. Before being succeeded by Michelle Beadle, she presented NBA Countdown on ESPN and ABC from 2013 until 2017.
