Elle Duncan‘s first job was as a reporter for Jacksonville’s WAWS TV station. Then, after several years in radio, she was recruited as a traffic reporter for an NBC news station in Atlanta. NESN then employed her to cover Boston-area sports. A few months after starting as the SportsCenter host in April 2016, Duncan has already made a name for herself on ESPN as one of the network’s brightest emerging talents. Additionally, she has earned accolades from the National Association of Black Journalists and became a Sports Broadcasting Hall of Fame member in 2008.
