Araya Karapetyan was born in 1982 in the United States. She is an Armenian-American television personality and anchorwoman for KTTV FOX11’s Good Day L.A. in Los Angeles. Karapetyan graduated in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in communications from Occidental College. She made a name for herself as the first Armenian woman to become an anchor in Chicago. While she is well-known for her work, she is no longer actively employed by KTTV.
