
Frances Louise Fisher (born May 11, 1952) is an American actress of British descent. She began her career in theatre and then starred in the CBS daytime soap opera The Guiding Light (1976–1981) as record executive Suzette ‘Red’ Saxon. Her film credits include Unforgiven (1992), Titanic (1997), True Crime (1999), House of Sand and Fog (2003), Laws of Attraction (2004), The Kingdom (2007), In the Valley of Elah (2007), Jolene (2008), The Lincoln Lawyer (2011), and The Host (2011). (2013). Fisher appears in the ABC drama series Resurrection from 2014 to 2015. She starred in Watchmen, an HBO television series based on the graphic novel of the same name, in 2019.
